Applicability
For ElalaCO.com Customers
This Return Terms and Conditions is part of the Elalaco.com Sales of Goods Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Sales and/or purchase of products from ElalaCO.com shall be subject to this Agreement, including these Return Terms. These terms only apply to transactions completed through Elalaco.com.
Different Terms Offered
If ElalaCO.com explicitly offers you different return or cancellation rights in writing for a specific transaction and you accept those terms, they will apply instead of the standard Return Terms for that transaction. Otherwise, these terms apply.
Your Other Legal Rights
These Return Terms do not affect your warranty rights, your right to return incorrect items due to Elala's error, your right to a refund in the event of non-delivery, or any other rights that cannot be modified by agreement.
Warranty Claims
This Return Policy does not apply to warranty claims. Note: warranty terms from ElalaCO.com may differ from the manufacturer warranty included with your product. In the event of conflict, ElalaCO.com’s warranty prevails.
Purchases from Third Parties
If you purchased an Elala product from a third-party seller:
- Returns: Elalaco.com cannot process returns for products purchased elsewhere. Contact the original seller for their return policy.
- Warranty Claims: Your claim will be subject to the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Elala is not responsible for any additional policies or warranties offered by third parties.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your order within six (6) hours of checkout. Please email us at info@elalagroup.comto cancel your order. Orders cancelled within this window receive a full refund, including taxes.
Refund
- If cancelled before shipping, refunds may take up to 10 business days.
- If the product has shipped, refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return in acceptable condition.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Alternative refund methods (ACH/check) may be used when necessary.
Return and Restocking Fees
Eligibility
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting Elala at support@elalaco.com. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is at your cost and risk.
- Returns must be delivered within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns (max $300). For heavier products, the fee cap is $600. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Ineligible Returns
- Flash sale items
- Free gifts
- Accessories or parts marked “SOLD AS IS”
- Opened or used products
Return Process and Inspection
You are responsible for safe shipping until the return is received and inspected. We strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking.
If the returned item is used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged, Elala reserves the right to:
- Reject the return and return the product at your expense
- Hold the item for 60 days, then consider it abandoned
- Deduct additional fees from your refund for loss in value
Promotions, Discounts, and Elala Rewards
- Any promotional terms apply only to orders completed while the offer is active.
- If a product is returned or cancelled, promotional credits and points will be voided.
- Coupons or credits used will be refunded in kind (not as cash).
